Job Description

As an HR People Partner - Senior Officer, you will play a critical role in aligning our human resources strategies with the overall business objectives. You will serve as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. Your role will involve assessing and anticipating HR-related needs, communicating those needs proactively with our HR department, and developing integrated solutions. This position requires a proactive, forward-thinking individual who can foster relationships with key leaders and employees at all levels. You'll ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our organization's HR services and policies and help create a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and productivity.


Responsibilities

  • Consult with line management to provide daily HR guidance and support.
  • Analyze trends and metrics within the HR department to develop solutions.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances effectively.
  • Work closely with management on performance management and talent development.
  • Provide guidance on career development and planning for employees.
  • Actively participate in and lead HR initiatives and projects when required.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Develop and enhance the HR team’s capabilities through coaching and mentoring.
  • Mediate and resolve disputes between employees to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within HR processes and activities.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts to ensure the hiring of qualified job applicants.
  • Manage redundancy and restructuring programs in line with company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, with a track record of strategic HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines effectively.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and able to handle difficult conversations confidently.
  • Experience using HR software and tools to streamline processes and data management.
