Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the human resources operations of our organization. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic work environment and possesses strong interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining HR policies, overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring legal compliance. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes for hiring new employees.
  • Manage inquiries and resolve issues promptly related to employee relations matters.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR activities.
  • Conduct performance reviews and plan employee career development strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation sessions efficiently.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting company policies and values.
  • Address workplace disputes through mediation and effective problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and address HR-related needs.
  • Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
  • Monitor and manage HR departmental budgets, reporting on expenses accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in human resources or related role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and standard HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proficient in HR software and tools, including MS Office Suite applications.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
