Responsibilities

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions promptly.
  • Assist in resolving product and service issues by clarifying complaints and providing clarity.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate the delivery of seamless service experiences.
  • Enhance customer interactions by providing pertinent information about products and services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures over time.
  • Proactively follow up on customer feedback to ensure service improvement initiatives take place.
  • Aim to upsell or cross-sell products where opportunities are identified, enhancing customer value.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve personal and team performance levels.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service processes as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues in achieving targets.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in customer service or a related field is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software necessary.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Possess a high level of professionalism and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
