Job Description

As a CRM Executive, you will be a vital part of our customer relationship management team, responsible for strengthening the relationships with our customers and enhancing their overall experience with our brand. Your role involves implementing strategic CRM campaigns and managing customer interactions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Balancing both operational and strategic duties, your aim will be to analyze data insights to inform smarter practices that increase customer loyalty and drive sales growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction levels.
  • Analyze customer data and insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Oversee customer communication strategies through multiple channels, including email and social media.
  • Segment customer data to tailor communication efforts and improve personalization.
  • Track CRM campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports to the management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align CRM efforts with broader marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate efforts to improve customer data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Manage and optimize the CRM database to ensure efficient customer data management.
  • Deliver training sessions for teams on using CRM tools effectively and efficiently.
  • Propose improvements to enhance automation workflows within the CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations across all CRM activities.
  • Develop feedback mechanisms to improve customer satisfaction and refine strategies continually.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in CRM software management and various marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with data privacy laws and compliance requirements in CRM activities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
