We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural and engineering drawings using AutoCAD software.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to interpret design concepts accurately.
• Revise and update drawings based on project requirements and client feedback.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and specifications.
• Create and maintain documentation of drawings, ensuring version control is upheld.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentation materials.
• Conduct site visits to gather data and verify construction details are accurate.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure design consistency and project timelines are met.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address design challenges as they arise.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior draftsmen and interns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AutoCAD software and industry best practices.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their design needs.

Requirements

• Associate degree or diploma in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• At least two years of experience working with AutoCAD in a professional setting.
• Strong understanding of engineering and architectural drafting principles and conventions.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, for effective collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with 3D modeling software is considered an advantage.
• Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations is preferred.
