We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter specialized in Engineering and Manufacturing to join our dynamic human resources team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in the engineering and manufacturing sectors to attract top-tier talent for various technical positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, craft job descriptions, and deploy targeted hiring strategies. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our engineering and manufacturing departments are staffed with professionals whose skills align with our business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in engineering and manufacturing.
  • Craft compelling job postings and leverage job boards and social media to reach potential candidates.
  • Screen and interview candidates, assessing their skills and experience against job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Provide feedback to candidates regarding their application status in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with candidate information and progression.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs in engineering and manufacturing sectors.
  • Conduct reference checks and collaborate on offer negotiations as necessary.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment success and optimize hiring processes.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador to potential candidates, portraying the company's values and culture.
  • Participate in career fairs and networking events to enhance the company's recruitment capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on engineering and manufacturing roles.
  • Proven track record in successful placement of technical and engineering positions.
  • Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing industries and related hiring practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines effectively.
