Job Description

As a Senior Executive in Human Resources, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing HR strategies that align with the company's goals. You will be responsible for leading and developing the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and procedures. Your insight and expertise will guide the strategic direction of the Human Resources department, facilitating workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development. In this dynamic role, you will act as a strategic partner to senior management, directly influencing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving the company’s HR initiatives to deliver a culture that attracts, retains, and engages diverse talent.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and fosters employee engagement.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and remain current with state and federal laws.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues promptly.
  • Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process, onboarding, and training programs.
  • Lead and manage complex employee relations issues, providing appropriate solutions and coaching.
  • Identify and implement new HR technologies and systems to better serve the employees.
  • Advocate a culture of continuous improvement, promoting positive change and employee participation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create talent development plans and succession strategies.
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices to improve the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and application of HR strategy within organizations.
  • Exemplary people management and interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work output.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Certification such as SHRM-CP or SPHR is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
