The Pharmaceutical Sales Manager - Dental position is a vital leadership role within our sales team, focusing specifically on the dental sector. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence in the dental sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of dental sales representatives to meet sales goals.

  • Manage sales budgets, forecasting, and financial performance for the dental division.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales progress and market conditions to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the dental field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and achieve remarkable sales results.
  • Strong understanding of the dental industry and its market dynamics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for sales management.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events as needed.
