Job Description

The role of an Operations Assistant is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of business operations within an organization.   • Support inventory management and logistics to ensure timely availability of necessary resources.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of operational reports for management review.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices to streamline operations.
  • Facilitate procurement activities by coordinating with suppliers and managing order processes.
  • Prepare and distribute operational communications and updates as needed within the organization.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Support quality control by assisting in adherence to operational standards and procedures.
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings for the operational team to optimize time management.
  • Conduct research and provide insights to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse daily activities.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with various office software applications.
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all operational tasks and processes.
