Job Description

The Human Resources Executive serves as a vital part of an organization's HR department, responsible for overseeing and implementing strategic HR initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment process and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Manage employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and constructive work environment.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development plans.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and ensure organization compliance.
  • Design and implement comprehensive reward and recognition programs for employees.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to forecast and address workforce planning needs.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to enhance workplace culture and collaboration.
  • Facilitate and mediate the resolution of conflicts and workplace disputes.
  • Administer compensation and benefits plans, ensuring market competitiveness.
  • Analyse HR metrics and trends, providing insights for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a human resources role.
  • Proven expertise in employment law and HR best practices and strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
