Job Description

The ERP Executive plays a critical role in managing and optimizing the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This position is vital for ensuring that all business operations are aligned, streamlined, and operate efficiently by leveraging ERP software. The ERP Executive is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement, enhance, and support ERP solutions that will drive business performance. They will oversee the system configurations, assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensure compliance with the company's policies and IT standards. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is expected to have experience in ERP project management and strong analytical capabilities to turn business requirements into technical solutions efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the implementation and operation of ERP systems in the organization.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand and document their ERP system requirements.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless ERP integration and functionality.
  • Assist in troubleshooting ERP-related issues and provide timely support to users.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of ERP system configurations and processes.
  • Design and conduct training sessions for users to enhance ERP system utilization.
  • Analyze existing ERP system capabilities and recommend improvements or upgrades.
  • Oversee data migration processes and ensure data integrity is maintained throughout.
  • Ensure ERP system compliance with corporate security policies and standards.
  • Monitor ERP system performance and initiate corrective actions to optimize efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for support and customization of ERP applications.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into business operations and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of three years experience working with ERP systems in a similar role.
  • Proficient understanding of ERP software, including configuration and implementation processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical solutions effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills are necessary to diagnose and resolve system issues.
  • Experience in managing ERP projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and training delivery.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and projects.
  • Knowledge of data migration processes and ensuring data integrity in ERP systems.
