Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital marketing efforts of our organization to achieve business objectives. Your primary focus will be on optimizing paid advertising and performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including but not limited to, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Your expertise will be pivotal in generating high-quality leads, increasing brand visibility, and maximizing return on investment (ROI). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with the overall marketing goals. This role demands a deep understanding of customer behavior, digital marketing trends, and data analysis to enhance consumer engagement and conversions.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns to improve cost-efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to design engaging and conversion-focused ads.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and guide future strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing to assess the impact of different marketing tactics on audience engagement.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new digital marketing techniques.
  • Generate insightful reports and presentations on campaign performance for stakeholders.
  • Implement SEO and SEM strategies to boost organic traffic and enhance visibility.
  • Utilize analytics tools to gather insights and optimize user journeys across digital channels.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for specialized marketing services and tools.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with best practices, brand guidelines, and privacy regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns across varied platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics.
  • High-level understanding of PPC advertising, including Google Ads and social media ads.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize marketing budgets efficiently.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
