Job Description

As a Public Relations & Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's public image while ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This dual-role requires a dynamic, organized, and creative professional who can manage daily office activities while crafting and implementing effective PR strategies. Your ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders is key, as you will be responsible for developing media relations and managing company communications. Simultaneously, you will oversee administrative functions, office resources, and company procedures to ensure a productive workplace. The ideal candidate will bring robust public relations skills, administrative expertise, and a proactive approach to organizational management.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic public relations plans for the organization.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, stakeholders, and the public.
  • Coordinate and manage all office resources, supplies, and equipment effectively.
  • Create and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
  • Organize and supervise office events, meetings, and corporate functions smoothly.
  • Manage internal communications to ensure consistent information across the organization.
  • Handle company social media presence to engage with the public effectively.
  • Monitor and respond to public and client inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis for senior management review.
  • Manage office budget, track expenses, and report discrepancies to finance.
  • Assist in the recruitment, orientation, and training of office staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in public relations and office management roles.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Experience with media relations, social media management, and public communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle public affairs with discretion.
