Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Inspect transformers and circuit breakers to ensure they are operational.
• Identify electrical problems using a range of testing devices and tools.
• Repair and replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools.
• Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
• Lead or assist in the installation of various electrical systems and components.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete large projects.
• Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and safety standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document critical findings accurately.
• Analyze electrical drawings, blueprints, and other specifications and execute work accordingly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications preferred.
• Proven experience as an Electrician in a similar role is essential.
• Valid electrician license with the ability to perform electrical tasks legally.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, designs, and applications needed.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in electrical installations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and safety.
