Job Description

The Healthcare Clinic Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of a healthcare facility. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures in alignment with regulations.
  • Manage, train, and support clinic staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality laws.
  • Monitor and analyze the clinic’s financial performance and manage budgets effectively.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize the scheduling of patient appointments.

  • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to promote clinic services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare management or administration.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and clinic operations.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing diverse healthcare teams.
  • Proficient in the use of healthcare management software and patient information systems.
  • Ability to prepare and manage budgets effectively to optimize clinic resources.
  • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
