You will be responsible for understanding and anticipating the needs of our guests, ensuring their complete satisfaction, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay. You will be the key point of contact for guests, answering queries, offering tailored solutions, and serving as an ambassador for our brand. Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon their arrival at our venue.
  • Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and ease.
  • Resolve any guest complaints swiftly, ensuring guest satisfaction is met.
  • Provide guests with personalized recommendations for activities and dining options.
  • Manage guest reservations and bookings efficiently through our system.
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest needs.
  • Assist in organizing and setting up events, catering to guest requirements.
  • Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and billing inquiries.
  • Coordinate transportation or other logistical needs requested by guests.
  • Compile and analyze guest feedback to improve service standards continually.
  • Develop long-lasting relationships with guests to encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated on local attractions and amenities to assist guest inquiries.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficiency in using reservation and customer management software is essential.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
  • Problem-solving skills to address and rectify guest issues effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality is a plus.
