Graphic Designer (225-915)

Responsibilities

• Design and create graphics for digital and print media according to project briefs.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce visually appealing campaigns.
• Manage the entire design process from conceptualization to delivery of final product.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design projects and marketing materials.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and adjust designs based on feedback.
• Create infographics, logos, and illustrations to complement various projects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new design ideas.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to internal clients for approval.
• Review final designs for errors and ensure high-quality output before printing or publishing.
• Coordinate with external printing services to ensure material quality and deadlines are met.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of design assets and branding guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas and concepts effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
