Job Description

A Territory Business Manager plays a crucial role in managing and expanding the business operations within a specific geographic area. This position involves developing strategic plans to drive sales growth, enhance customer relationships, and optimize revenue opportunities. As a Territory Business Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders. You will work closely with sales teams, marketing departments, and other relevant divisions to ensure alignment in achieving business objectives. This position requires a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of territory management and sales strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans for your designated territory.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to achieve territory sales targets and objectives.
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to counteract market threats.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure new business deals.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or territory management roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the territory.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite for daily operations.
