Senior UX Researcher (225-1008)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will play a critical role in understanding our users and shaping the overall user experience of our products. Your main focus will be to conduct thorough research to uncover insights that will drive product and design decisions. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure that our products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our diverse user base. This position requires a deep understanding of various UX research methods and a strong ability to communicate actionable insights effectively to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive user research plans to support product design and development.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews and user testing.
• Analyze and synthesize user research data to derive meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate user research into the design process.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and scenarios to guide design and development.
• Present research findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Advocate for the user perspective throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to ideate and iterate on user experience solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest UX research trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve practices.
• Mentor and guide junior UX researchers in developing their skills and expertise.
• Collaborate with the design team to create prototypes and test new features for usability.
• Evaluate existing products and identify areas for improvement based on user feedback and research.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX research or a related field.
• Proven ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Experience in leading and executing comprehensive user research projects.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights clearly.
• Proficiency in UX research tools, software, and methodologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field.
