As a Chat Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and support through live chat interactions. Your duties will involve promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed product information.   • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

  • Assist in training new team members in customer service protocols and procedures.
  • Continuously update and manage customer accounts and service records accurately.

  • Stay updated on organizational products, services, promotions, and technical support issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this position.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Proficiency with typing and basic computer software applications is required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail are necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
