Performance Tester (225-813)

As a Performance Tester, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of software applications. Your primary role will involve developing, maintaining, and executing performance testing plans to assess system capabilities and identify deficiencies. Working closely with developers, architects, and other stakeholders, you will ensure applications meet both the business requirements and user expectations. You will be expected to utilize your in-depth knowledge of load testing, stress testing, and various testing tools to pinpoint bottlenecks and guide the optimization process. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in performance testing and familiarity with performance testing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify performance bottlenecks.
• Experience working with scripting languages for performance test automation.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and application architecture principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
