Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior designers to develop and refine creative concepts.
• Create visual content for digital platforms, including websites and social media.
• Assist in designing print materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share design perspectives and ideas.
• Make revisions to existing designs based on feedback from senior designers.
• Conduct research on industry trends to ensure designs are current and innovative.
• Support marketing and communications teams with design needs and deliverables.
• Prepare artwork and files for print and digital distribution.
• Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s branding guidelines and standards.
• Keep up to date with new design tools, software, and technologies.
• Receive and incorporate constructive feedback to enhance design skills and output.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas and objectives.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Previous internship or work experience in graphic design is a plus.
