Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue growth.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive activities to adjust strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute field events and campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics and adjust tactics to improve performance.
  • Provide after-sales support and address any queries or concerns clients may have.
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to build brand presence and cultivate leads.
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of customers, ensuring long-lasting partnerships.
  • Continuously seek out new sales opportunities through various means and channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a field sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools is required.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients across assigned territories.
