Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing to develop outreach strategies to target new markets.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for new sales and services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports to management regarding sales targets and pipelines.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and events to promote company products.
  • Gather and share customer feedback to improve product and service offerings.
  • Ensure all sales inquiries and leads are attended to promptly and efficiently.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and competitive advantages.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company consistently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets successfully.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections confidently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and communication tools.
