A Sales Associate plays a crucial role in driving the sales and overall performance of a retail environment.   • Manage inventory levels and report any discrepancies immediately.
  • Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills.
  • Conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adapt to customer needs and resolve any queries or issues promptly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a retail sales or customer service role.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Demonstrated capability in handling cash and operating a POS system.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute positively.
  • Proficiency in using retail software and inventory management tools.
