Job Description

The Sales Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. As the backbone of the sales department, the Sales Administrator manages essential administrative tasks that facilitate everyday business functions. This includes processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a robust record of sales activities. A successful candidate thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, efficiently coordinating between clients and the sales team to promote a seamless sales process. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are key to excelling in this role. Additionally, excellent communication skills are essential to collaborate effectively with colleagues, customers, and partners.


Responsibilities

  • Process and manage all sales orders efficiently from initiation to completion.
  • Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems with accurate information.
  • Coordinate communication between sales team, clients, and internal departments.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for management and executive review.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and proposals for clients.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistic team for timely deliveries.
  • Process invoices, and payments, and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support during sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Handle confidential information and maintain a high level of data integrity.
  • Facilitate product returns and exchanges adhering to company policy guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and distribute promotional materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar administrative or sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Experience with CRM software and general sales processes is highly recommended.
