Job Description

As a Resale Real Estate Agent, you will play a critical role in guiding clients through the process of buying and selling pre-owned properties. This dynamic position requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate deals that benefit both buyers and sellers. Your day-to-day work will involve property evaluations, listing properties, hosting open houses, and concluding sales transactions. Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying and selling pre-owned residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct market analyses to determine competitive property pricing for clients.
  • Prepare and present offers to clients and negotiate sales pricing terms effectively.
  • Coordinate and host open houses, ensuring properties are marketed appealingly.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts and clients through regular follow-ups.
  • Provide clients with detailed information on potential properties and market conditions.
  • Guide clients through the legal and financial processes of purchasing or selling properties.
  • Stay up-to-date with real estate trends, market changes, and new property listings.
  • Facilitate effective communication between buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and contracts for selling or buying properties.
  • Attend networking events and participate in community activities to promote services.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a real estate agent with a focus on resale properties.
  • Valid real estate license in the state where you will be practicing.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends and property valuations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a personable approach to clients.
  • Proficient in using real estate CRM software and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and sales processes.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
