Job Description

A Property Consultant plays a pivotal role in the real estate sector by guiding clients through the complex process of buying, selling, and renting properties. They provide expert advice and support to clients, aiming to help them make informed decisions that align with their real estate goals. A successful Property Consultant has in-depth knowledge of the property market, strong communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively. They must cater to client needs while maintaining compliance with legal standards in real estate transactions. With a client-centric approach, they are responsible for providing excellent service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. In this role, attention to detail and the ability to build lasting client relationships are paramount.


Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, offering expert advice and guidance.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate property viewings, site inspections, and meetings between buyers and sellers.
  • Negotiate property deals and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms.
  • Prepare and present sales and marketing proposals to prospective clients.
  • Maintain updated property listings with accurate and detailed descriptions.
  • Establish and build positive relationships with stakeholders, including developers and brokers.
  • Ensure all real estate transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide after-sales support and manage customer feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Attend networking events and property exhibitions to expand client and industry contacts.
  • Track sales and rental performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Develop promotional materials and host open houses to attract potential buyers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar position in the real estate industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.
  • Comprehensive understanding of local property market trends and legal regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
  • Proficiency in using property management and CRM software systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple clients.
