Pricing Analyst

We are seeking a data-driven and commercially astute Pricing Analyst to join our UAE-based team. The role is responsible for analyzing pricing strategies, evaluating market trends, and recommending data-backed pricing models to enhance competitiveness, profitability, and business performance across products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze historical pricing data, competitor pricing, and market trends to support pricing strategies

• Develop, maintain, and improve pricing models and tools

• Evaluate the impact of pricing decisions on sales, margins, and customer behavior

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to set optimal pricing structures

• Conduct price elasticity and profitability analysis across product lines

• Support new product launches with pricing recommendations and market positioning

• Monitor and report on key pricing KPIs and suggest improvements

• Provide insights to support discount strategies and promotional campaigns

• Identify risks and opportunities related to pricing and revenue management

• Ensure compliance with pricing governance and internal approval protocols

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in pricing, data analytics, or revenue management

• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

• Familiarity with pricing strategies in UAE/GCC markets is preferred

• Working knowledge of ERP or pricing systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights clearly

• High attention to detail, organized, and deadline-driven

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus
