Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to guests’ inquiries with accurate and useful information.
  • Ensure all guest requests are logged and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate communication between guests and other departments within the facility.
  • Manage and oversee any special guest requirements or needs effectively.
  • Maintain updated records of guest preferences and special requests.
  • Handle guest complaints and issues with a positive attitude and professionalism.
  • Promote guest loyalty through outstanding customer service and engagement.
  • Assist in monitoring the lobby area to ensure cleanliness and order at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a concierge or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are critical requirements.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and positive demeanor.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage for this role.
