Qualifications And Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (with knowledge in electrical and utility systems preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance of HVAC systems, mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Solid understanding of plumbing and water distribution systems.
• Good knowledge of industrial electrical systems and control panels.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical technical drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and team leadership abilities.
  
  

• Perform and oversee preventive and emergency maintenance for HVAC and cooling systems.
• Maintain and inspect various mechanical equipment (pumps, compressors, ventilation systems, tanks, etc.).
• Supervise electrical work related to mechanical systems, including control panels, motors, wiring, and safety devices.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of water systems, including pumps, piping, hot water systems, and drainage.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with technicians and external contractors when needed.
• Prepare technical reports on system conditions, faults, and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all maintenance work.
• Support planning and execution of infrastructure improvement and upgrade projects.
