The Management Accountant plays a critical role in the financial leadership of an organization, providing expert analysis, insights, and recommendations that drive the business's financial health and success. Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
  • Analyze financial performance and trends to identify financial risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets and forecasts accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, standards, and internal policies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data for strategic direction.
  • Coordinate with auditors during financial audits to facilitate accurate outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain effective financial reporting systems and procedures.
  • Support management in the preparation and presentation of financial information.
  • Use advanced analytical tools to conduct profitability analysis and cost assessments.
  • Review and optimize financial processes to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Trend analysis contribution to improve strategic planning and fiscal responsibility.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CMA, CPA) strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in management accounting or similar role.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and financial reporting tools effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in complex financial scenarios.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting procedures.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to financial challenges.
