The role of an Accounts Assistant (Arabic Speaking) involves providing crucial financial and administrative support within the finance department, ensuring the efficient operation of accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, particularly in Arabic, to manage relationships with our clients and partners. With a keen eye for detail, you will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and conducting financial reconciliations. Responsibilities
Manage daily bookkeeping activities for accurate financial data maintenance.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of financial reports and statements.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and reimbursements in a timely manner.
Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies found.
Maintain accurate filing systems for financial documents and records.
Communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Provide support during annual audits by organizing necessary documentation.
Utilize accounting software for transactions and accounting process automation.
Track expenses and prepare expense reports for management review.
Support month-end and year-end close processes for business operations.
Monitor accounts receivable and assist in collections as required.
Translate financial documents and communications as needed.
Requirements
Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages is mandatory.
At least two years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Competency in accounting software like QuickBooks or SAP required.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Experience with financial documentation management and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
