About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion WMS Cloud and Inventory Analyst for an 18-month FTC to play a pivotal role in optimising our operations through Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies.
This role focuses on enhancing Inventory and Warehouse Management processes, ensuring they are efficient, accurate, and aligned with industry best practices - delivering real impact on the quality of service we provide to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle WMS Cloud and Fusion Inventory Management modules.
- Analyse existing Warehouse and Inventory processes, identify inefficiencies, and design improvements, including optimisation of space utilisation.
- Act as the key liaison between business and technical teams, translating operational needs into effective system solutions across both projects and BAU.
- Serve as the first point of contact for end-users, resolving issues, troubleshooting, and managing system-related tickets to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Oversee system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning while ensuring minimal disruption.
- Provide mentorship and training, building expertise across the business in WMS Cloud and Inventory Management.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between WMS Cloud, Fusion Inventory, and related Oracle applications (Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing).
- Support and participate in testing, data migration, and data synchronisation activities across systems.
About You
You will bring a strong mix of technical expertise and business insight, with the ability to optimise warehouse and inventory processes while building trusted relationships across the organisation.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion WMS Cloud and Inventory Management, ideally with additional knowledge of EBS Inventory processes.
- Demonstrated success in Inventory Optimisation in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets and drive process improvements.
- Clear and confident communicator, capable of bridging the gap between technical and business teams.
- Skilled at engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders, from senior leaders to technical developers.
Preferred Skills
- Oracle Cloud certification in WMS Cloud or Inventory Management modules.
- Experience with related Oracle Finance modules.
- SQL knowledge for data querying.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
- Proficiency with reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher.
