About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Order Management Analyst to play a key role in optimising our end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. As the go-to expert, you will ensure our order fulfilment operations are efficient, accurate, and fully aligned with best practices in Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Order Management modules, including OM Configurators.
- Analyse and optimise O2C processes by working with stakeholders in sales, logistics, and finance to identify gaps and deliver improvements.
- Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, translating requirements into system specifications for both project and BAU activities.
- Serve as first-line support for Order Entry, Pricing, and Fulfilment teams, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with remote teams to deliver both interim and long-term solutions.
- Lead system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide mentoring and training, acting as the subject matter expert for Oracle Order Management.
- Drive process improvements to maximise the value of Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with related modules (Inventory, WMS, Accounts Receivable) and third-party applications.
- Support project testing phases and ad-hoc testing activities.
About you
Skills
You are a detail-oriented Oracle Fusion Order Management professional with proven experience in O2C processes, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to bridge technical and business teams in a manufacturing environment. You will bring:
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Order Management module. Ideally also with knowledge of EBS 02C processes.
- Track record in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills relating to working with complex data sets with a process-oriented improvement mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and business teams.
Preferred Skills
- Oracle Cloud certification in Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management
- Experience with related Oracle Supply Chain & or Finance Modules
- Knowledge of SQL for data querying is a significant plus.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
- Proficiency in reporting tools including Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher
