Oracle Fusion Finance Solutions Analyst

About The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Solutions Analyst to support our Finance Transformation initiatives on an 18-month FTC within our dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation across all areas of Finance and our wider business processes at Domino.

You’ll be the go-to expert for Oracle Fusion Finance and EPM Modules, with a primary responsibility in supporting the leveraging of the Oracle Fusion Financials software to optimise financial operations, perform analysis, and ensure data integrity. Crucially you will have a strong grounding in both accounting principles and the technical aspects of the Oracle Fusion financials and EPM Modules.

This position is remote and may be performed from any country where our company has an established office.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Finance and EPM Modules
• Design and optimise Finance processes including ensuing the systems aligns with best practice business processes and financial policies.
• Youll act as the go to Person / first line of support for finance teams, troubleshooting system issues, and working with remote teams to deliver Project and BAU goals
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Provide leadership in system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
• Mentor others and serve as a subject matter expert for Finance and EPM Modules including delivering planned and ad-hoc training
• Participate in improving and aligning processes to get the most from Oracle Fusion Financial and EPM Clouds
  
  

About you

You are an experienced Oracle professional with a solid background in Finance modules, strong analytical skills, and the ability to bridge technical solutions with business needs.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Finance modules including EPM. Ideally with knowledge of EBS.
• Proven track record working in manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and business teams.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Cloud certifications in one or more of the Oracle Fusion Finance Modules
• Knowledge of SQL for data querying is a significant plus.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
• Proficiency in reporting tools like Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.
