About The Role
We’re looking for a skilled Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer to design, build, and maintain integrations across a wide range of applications and services. You’ll develop API-based integrations, configure OIC features such as adapters and connections, implement robust error handling and monitoring, and work with legacy systems to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that meet both technical and business needs. As the go-to expert in OIC, you’ll also play a key role in demonstrating its value to the wider business and shaping our technical architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement real-time and batch integrations using OIC to connect Oracle Fusion and non-Oracle systems.
- Develop and manage REST/SOAP APIs, including endpoint design, security, and performance monitoring.
- Configure and maintain OIC components such as adapters, connections, and integration flows.
- Automate business processes to streamline data flow and drive efficiency.
- Implement monitoring and logging best practices; troubleshoot and provide post-go-live support.
- Produce design documents, integration specs, deployment artifacts, and related documentation.
- Optimise performance for long-running integrations and high-volume data.
- Partner with solution architects, functional teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, version control best practice, and contribute to continuous improvement.
About You
You are an experienced integration specialist with a strong background in Oracle Integration Cloud, skilled in building robust solutions that connect applications, streamline processes, and deliver real business value. You will bring:
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and JSON.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and related data structures.
- Solid understanding of OIC features, integration patterns, and best practices. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work across cross-functional and global teams.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services (e.g., OCI Vault, Oracle API Gateway).
- Experience with CI/CD, version control, and modern DevOps practices.
