About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Solutions Analyst for an 18-month FTC to lead our Planning and Global Order Promising (GOP) initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is central to our digital transformation journey, ensuring seamless integration between planning systems and order fulfilment processes.

As a techno-functional consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules, you will partner with cross-functional teams to optimise planning strategies, refine GOP configurations, and deliver scalable solutions that align with business priorities and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Planning and Global Order Promising (GOP) modules.
  • Design and optimise planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, and production scheduling.
  • Configure GOP rules, sourcing strategies, and ATP logic to align with manufacturing constraints and fulfilment goals.
  • Partner with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure end-to-end visibility and alignment.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Oversee system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, mentoring colleagues and building knowledge across the business.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, infolets, alerts, OTBI, and visualisations to support business needs.
  • Support Novus project activities and BAU initiatives across Domino sites live on Oracle Fusion.

About You

Skills

You are a proactive Oracle professional with the expertise to bridge business needs and technical solutions, bringing strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach to deliver real impact. You will bring:

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules, specifically Planning (Supply, Demand, S&OP), Production Scheduling and GOP.
  • Minimum of one full end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering Oracle Fusion–driven transformations in complex manufacturing operations.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle GOP configurations, sourcing rules, ATP logic, and fulfilment workflows.
  • Experience with Oracle Supply Planning Cloud, Production Scheduling, GOP, Demand Management, and Inventory.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Oracle Cloud certifications in Advanced Supply Chain Planning and/or GOP.
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Knowledge of reporting and visualisation tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher
