Job Description
- Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to align with marketing campaigns.
- Create eye-catching displays to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Monitor and maintain store layouts to ensure visual consistency across retail locations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and agency teams to align creative concepts with brand guidelines.
- Analyse store performance and adapt displays to optimise key product visibility.
- Train store teams on visual merchandising standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits of store displays to ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Research and implement innovative visual merchandising trends relevant to the retail industry.
The successful VM Specialist should have:
- Proven experience in visual merchandising within the retail industry.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative and strategic display work.
- Proficiency in design tools and an understanding of space planning principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging retail environments.
- A degree or certification in visual merchandising, design, or a related fielld
