Lead SAP Consultant - SD MM And CRM

Job Summary: 
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD/MM/CRM Lead to spearhead the implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP solutions across our diverse conglomerate's business units. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills with a minimum of 10 years in SAP functional roles and proven leadership in managing small teams. PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP SD, MM, and CRM implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across multiple business units.
• Manage the SAP support lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution of issues and continuous system optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, supply chain, IT) to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of 3-4 SAP consultants and functional analysts.
• Drive process improvements and system integration initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets in line with PMP best practices.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and governance frameworks related to SAP systems.
