Veterinary Surgeon

The Veterinary Surgeon is responsible for diagnosing, treating, and performing surgeries on animals, ensuring the well-being and recovery of both domestic and farm animals. Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic examinations, surgeries, and medical treatments

• Interpret lab tests, radiographs, and other diagnostic tools

• Administer vaccinations and preventive care procedures

• Communicate with pet owners regarding treatment plans

• Maintain detailed medical records and ensure regulatory compliance

• Educate clients on pet nutrition, behavior, and disease prevention

• Supervise veterinary assistants and support staff

• Stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine

• Handle emergency care and critical cases as needed

Requirements:

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)

• Valid veterinary license in the UAE

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience preferred

• Proficiency in diagnostic and surgical procedures

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
