The Telesales Representative is a crucial role in our sales team, responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.   • Participate in team meetings and share best practices to enhance performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for success.
  • Ability to learn about products and services quickly for effective selling.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and handling objections successfully.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred.
