  • Assist clients in filling out paperwork and explaining terms of sales agreements.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Provide after-sales support to clients to enhance their buying experience.
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends to offer current advice to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business sales targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in property sales or a related field is highly advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales successfully.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • A valid real estate license or willing to obtain one before starting.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and latest industry trends.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other real estate tools and platforms.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
