Counter Receptionist

We are seeking motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing the laundry counter, ensuring smooth collection and dispatch of uniforms.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Handle uniform collection and dispatch at the laundry counter

Provide professional customer service to the customer

Coordinating with Call center for follow-ups on complaints and delivery

Maintain accurate records using computer systems 

Requirements:

High school diploma/Degree required

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices 

Proficiency in English (spoken & written)

Basic Computer & Billing Knowledge

Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day, night, mid, or split shifts) with 1 day off per week [any day of the week] 

Must be able to join immediately (preference for candidates on visit or cancelled visa in the UAE).
