The role of a Sales Supervisor is pivotal in steering the success of a sales team towards achieving the organization's revenue goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Proficient in using sales management software and CRM systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and customer service standards.
