Job Description

An Outdoor Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving a company's sales by directly engaging with potential clients through in-person meetings. Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while conducting sales initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and follow up on opportunities.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the outdoor or field sales environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage varied client demographics.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales deals effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to reach out to potential clients.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other tools for tracking sales activities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing client interactions.
  • Resilience and adaptability to diverse client demands and changing market conditions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for transacting business.
