Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient interactions and inquiries with care and professionalism.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare teams, labs, and support facilities.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including maintaining patient records, managing accounts, and preparing reports.
  • Ensure smooth communication between patients, families, and medical teams.
  • Monitor inventory and logistics to ensure adequate supplies.
  • Perform clerical duties, such as handling correspondence and organizing documents.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in customer care, customer service, or front-office roles in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused, service-oriented, and with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and multitasking abilities.

Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
