Job Description

The Telesales Executive - Outbound Calls is responsible for reaching out to potential customers with the aim of promoting and selling the company's products or services. This role involves making a high volume of outbound calls to generate leads, build customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a strong sales acumen and customer focus. They should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and possess the ability to handle rejection with resilience. The Telesales Executive will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that targets are met or exceeded and will be an integral part of the company's sales strategy. They should be adaptable, motivated, and committed to putting customers’ needs first.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct high volume outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities by researching and understanding customer needs.
  • Present and promote company products and services to existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently.
  • Record details of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop new sales strategies.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and training sessions provided by management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or equivalent sales role.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and telephone systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
  • Strong sales ability with the capability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Ability to learn detailed information about company products and services quickly.
  • High level of motivation, enthusiasm, and work ethic in a competitive environment.
  • Previous experience in a target-driven sales environment is preferred.
