Job Description

We are searching for a dedicated and motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team, focusing on outbound calls. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales campaigns for our products and services. Your primary objective will be to generate interest and secure sales through effective communication and persuasion. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to meet sales targets.
  • Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and expectations.
  • Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain an updated and comprehensible call log and customer interaction database.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and improve sales pitches and strategies.
  • Provide accurate information concerning the products and services offered by the company.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly individual sales targets set by management.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints or inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training programs to sharpen product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Identify competitor activity and market trends to refine sales tactics.
  • Tailor sales approach based on the customer's industry, profile, and needs.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a telesales or similar sales role for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • A results-driven attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customers and tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales or marketing is preferred.
