Job Description

A Telesales Executive is a pivotal part of a sales team, primarily responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to persuade them to purchase company products and services. This role is crucial for generating leads, driving sales, and maintaining rewarding client relationships. The Telesales Executive is expected to possess excellent communication skills, adapt to various sales tactics, and exhibit resilience in the face of challenges. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Identify and generate leads through targeted outbound call strategies and networking.
  • Provide thorough and detailed information about product specifications and services.
  • Explain pricing, terms, and conditions clearly to prospective customers over the phone.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive database of all clients and leads systematically.
  • Achieve or exceed set sales targets within specific timelines consistently and efficiently.
  • Follow up with prospective clients, addressing queries and objections professionally.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and goals effectively.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches designed to close deals rapidly and effectively.
  • Handle customer grievances and provide appropriate solutions promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare detailed reports on customer interaction outcomes for management review.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or related sales roles is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and even exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  • Strong negotiation skills to handle objections and close sales successfully.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related technology systems.
  • High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a target-driven environment.
